How Hard is it…said the Hamburger

Why is it so hard to get a good cheeseburger? So one day you decide to open a restaurant, a burger joint, or you have burgers on your menu, fact. But let’s assume for this discussion that it’s a burger joint/sports bar type deal. Why would you not serve a great burger? Why would you not say I am going to serve the best burger? It’s a business right and the business you are in is to serve great burgers so your customers will leave your fine establishment and say “dam that was a good burger” and they will go home and dream about your burger and your burger alone, they will go into work the next day and say OMG, or txt, to their friends OMG I had the best burger last night, the bun was so soft it melted in my mouth, and the cheese was melted and gooey, old school American, the beef was like butter and cooked just pink in the middle. AND THAN when I ate it the bun got all greasy and stuff and I needed like an entire pile of napkins. I am not kidding you this burger was to die for and then the fries where those fresh cut ones with just enough crunch. I am telling you and they go on and on for the entire day or week… so you get my point you opened this burger joint but instead your joint is like most burger joints, stale bun you got from who knows where not fresh made for you from a local small bakery that needs your business right down the road from you, burger patties you ordered from Sysco not a special mix you had your local butch grind up for you and your local butcher is just that local small business again right down the road from you? I really do not get it’s not hard you have invested a ton time and money to open your dream place and I am not just talking burgers here anymore… this business or your life why would you not give it your all … be the best… run your business or life as if you are going to for the gold? And then you wonder why you fail? It’s pretty easy to figure this out your burger was terrible!!! The bun was stale … on and on… So be the best burger joint you can…grab hold live life turn off the TV. You are what you do. Hang around dogs and you will get fleas. Pretty simple concept right … so than why do I get so many bad burgers…. Please please someone tell me this.

Where is the best burger you have ever eaten and the worst.
